Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

2. What data I process and why

  • Contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp: your name, contact details, your message and any information about your child that you choose to share. I use it only to answer you and to plan possible support. Information about your child's health and development is treated confidentially and used for this purpose only.

  • Bookings: classes and sessions are booked through Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace, Inc., USA). The data you enter there is processed by Acuity under its own privacy policy.

  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, I store your email address (and name, if given) to send the newsletter via Wix. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

  • Visiting this website: the site is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. (Israel). Wix processes technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited, which are needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.

  • Statistics: only with your consent (legal basis: your consent; where the GDPR applies, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), I use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland / Google LLC, USA) to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device, browser and referring website. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; Google signals and advertising features are switched off. Event data is deleted after 2 months. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent no analytics cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the cookie settings.

 

3. Cookies

The site uses cookies that are needed for it to work and to stay secure (set by Wix). Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. You can change it at any time via the cookie settings or the “Cookies” button at the bottom left of the page.

 

4. Links to other services

The site links to Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps and the websites of partners. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that provider applies.

 

5. Data processing outside Switzerland

Some of the providers named above process data outside Switzerland, for example in the EU, Israel or the USA. Where a country does not offer adequate data protection, the transfer is based on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or a recognised certification of the provider.

 

6. How long I keep data

I keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as the law requires (for example 10 years for accounting records).

 

7. Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected, deleted or handed over. You can object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Simply write to francesca@seegy.com. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, your local data protection authority.

 

8. Changes

I may update this privacy policy when my services or the law change. The current version is published on this page.
